Base price versus estimated net columns
The sheet also shows estimated net-of-rebate figures. These are conditional on buyer eligibility and on how rebates are credited, so we do not present them as headline prices.
The sheet's legislative-status wording refers to a March 25 status that is now outdated. For current rules, use CRA sources: the federal first-time homebuyer rebate has Royal Assent, and CRA Notice 346 (September 2026) covers the Ontario enhanced rebate.
