Source and date

The schedule is printed January 2026. It is an indicative structure; the agreement you sign controls.

Deposit versus down payment

Deposits paid before closing count toward the purchase price. Your lender's down-payment requirement is separate and depends on your mortgage; deposits do not by themselves qualify you for financing.

Read deposit clauses, what happens if a cheque fails and how deposits are held. Have your lawyer review the agreement before signing.
