Choose among Bayley, Harwood, Salem, Kingston and Union Corner
Five 20-foot townhome designs appear on ARISTA's July 7, 2026 Seatonville price sheet. Four (Bayley, Harwood, Salem and Kingston) are in the older townhome brochure; Union Corner appears on the newer price sheet. This guide helps narrow the shortlist before you request drawings.

Catalogue versus current price-sheet scope
The townhome brochure shows Bayley on page 8, Harwood on page 9, Salem on page 10 and Kingston on page 11. Union Corner is listed only on the July 2026 price sheet, so request its current drawings directly.
Neither document is an inventory list. A model appearing on a price sheet does not confirm that a lot is available for it today.
Interior units: Bayley, Harwood and Salem
Bayley is the most compact current design at 1,590 sq. ft. for both C and D elevations. Harwood (1,730 C / 1,725 D) and Salem (1,820 C / 1,830 D) add area in modest steps.
Harwood and Salem both list an optional four-bedroom plan for. If a fourth bedroom matters, compare the bedroom sizes in that option against the standard layout instead of assuming it simply adds a room.

End and corner units: Kingston End and Union Corner
Kingston End (1,970 sq. ft.) and Union Corner (2,275 sq. ft.) share only one wall. Both list an optional main floor for.
End and corner positions depend on specific blocks on the site plan. Ask which lots in each block are designated for these models.
Why elevation changes the numbers
Each design is offered in C and D elevations, and the sheet shows slightly different areas for some (Harwood and Salem) and exterior differences between C and D.
Confirm which elevation is assigned to the lot you want, because elevation can be fixed by the streetscape plan rather than chosen freely.
