As of our October 6, 2026 check, ARISTA lists Seatonville as a current community in Pickering, and the public broker resources identify Phase 1B. Here is what the documents show and what they do not.

ARISTA's community page presents Seatonville — 'Urban Village Living' — in Pickering's Seaton area. No newly announced launch date is confirmed.

The public broker index links a Phase 1B site plan, price sheet, deposit structure, features and bonus sheet, brochures and a draft agreement. Phase 1B is part of Seatonville, not a separately branded community.
