What to check in the published features and bonus sheets
The current broker portal links a bonus sheet with a June 1, 2026 filename whose printed footer still reads January 2026. Here is how to read it without over-reading it.

Standard features are in the agreement schedule; bonuses are promotional and conditional; options are paid upgrades.
Townhomes
The sheet lists five appliances, SMART home features and central air conditioning for towns.
Singles
Singles list $10,000 in décor dollars (no cash value), SMART features, smooth main-floor ceilings and central air conditioning.
